Delta doesn't allow military into the SkyClub. Only airline I know of that does allow military into the club is AA, and for that, you have to be deploying to or from overseas to get to use it (officially).
If you want "free" SkyClub access though, what you can do is get the Delta Reserve American Express. Since you're military, the $450 annual fee is waived, and you'll have access to the SC any time you fly DL. You'll also get an annual "companion certificate". I have the DL Reserve AmEx and have the annual fee waived for being active duty myself (I was paying $450 a year for the card for a couple years until I learned back in January that military are exempt from annual fees on Credit Cards - I called AmEx and they reimbursed all my annual fees).
