You can say many things about the W Hong Kong, but outdated is not one of them. Have you stayed there? I was in a modern and very well appointed suite during my one stay when they first opened. I've not been back due to the fact that the main luxury hotels in this thread are better and due to the sub-optimal (for me) location.
