Another great report matthandy

The Fiji Airways livery on the A330 looks great! Quite different.

It’s a shame that the observation deck has quite a lot of foreground building clutter. The one that has recently opened at LHR T4 has a much better (and closer) view of the southern runway and an overview of the whole of the rest of the airport.

Are the Fiji A330s ex-SQ aircraft? I thought SQ’s regional business class product was exclusive to SQ.

I would always say something to the cabin crew if I weren’t comfortable with a noise the aircraft was making. There’s no harm in it, and it may just alert them to a serious issue that would need rectifying.

I do like the interior design of Fiji’s A330, however, having to pay for the IFE is a little low-cost. Was this reflected in the fare? The food offering also looks very poor.

Your room looks pretty good for a resort hotel. Nice and spacious! The setting, public/pool areas and restaurants all look fantastic and what you would expect from an IC.

Your sunset photos are beautiful, in particular those from the infinity pool and the dinner/cocktail photos from your final night.

Looking forward to the return flight report – did you manage to upgrade to J for that flight?
