No - all partner awards come from "saver" inventory across all *A airlines so you have access to the same award inventory as every other *A member. I don't know if NH provides additional inventory to it's own members but their is no prioritization.

If a seat is open - you can take it as long as you book it (call / online / etc.) before someone else takes it (that someone could be booking from any *A program)
