Never mind CE, the biggest problem with BA is the sheer inconsistency, and personally I think the crew are by far the most inconsistent bit of BA (let's ignore OF/NF and the variability of s/h aircraft seating)
I've had at least half a dozen flights with "CBA" crew in the last 18 months, and that's in pretty much every cabin. There are excellent crew too, but there is no consistency at all. Best crew last year was in WT+, worst crew in F.
