Every time I'm headed home from Asia AA turns a bad day into a good one. Everytime I'm headed to Asia they turn a really bad day into a good one.

See, I hate many of the decisions AA has been making, but their long haul crews have always treated me well (99%) of the time, especially when I'm depressed leaving family....or coming home and tired of Asia.

Laugh all you want, but they know me (from gate agents to FAs) and I know them and when you walk tru a terminal, around a corner and see a AA (or now flag) on the tail, that's like seeing my house, cause the moment I step on that plane it feels like I'm back in the US.

So for me, their pricing has gone wrong, their management has gone wrong, but the people who I deal with everyday have and continue to go right.
