I have been playing around with my ba exec club account recently and found that no miles from a family trip in 2011 were credited

I think this is because we are in a household account and therefore it wasn't clear at the time we all had separate membership numbers

Is there any small possibility BA would credit these miles as we still have existing paperwork? its a large sum too!
