Airport agent. Would rather not say where as I transit through there from time to time.

It was close to end of day, so options would have been limited at best, however an ATTEMPT could have been made.

I figured "rule 240 does not apply to award tickets" was bunk, but not knowing it in and out I wanted to turn to the experts here.
