My wife and I have flown QR F/J multiple times this year - both as BAEC Gold.

As we've never had a need to check-in baggage in excess of QR's published allowances I've never checked whether holding OW status grants you an additional QR baggage allowance - but I don't think it does. This conclusion is based on the fact that entering our BAEC membership details at the time of booking doesn't appear to make any difference to the baggage allowance shown on the subsequent booking.
