I did enjoy the new
arrivals lounge. Air Canada hasn't advertised very well that there even is an arrivals lounge. I had to ask around a bit, but the AC ground agent meeting the plane was able to give me directions to it. It's after you clear customs -- you turn left and it's right there. It's a lot easier to find then the old arrivals lounge.
I was greeted and quickly escorted to a shower. I believe the lounge is operated by United but also shared by AC and South African. The shower was quite nice and a little bit more space then what I remember in the old lounge. Then I went to the breakfast lounge and had a quick bite. There is a menu, so you can order a la carte items like eggs, sausage, etc.
Anyways, I really liked the new arrivals lounge and would recommend popping in to quickly freshen up before heading into the city.
