I am supposed to pick up a FULL size Car for a 1 week rental in Vancouver. Went to pick up car and they only have a beat up SUV that gets terrible gas mileage and much more difficult for my wife to drive. Do I have any recourse here? Unfortunately, where we are going has no avis locations until we return the vehicle in Victoria.
