I indeed was served caviar on DOH-CDG in F about a month ago. The serving was very generous, since I was offered a second one after the first serving.

I only experienced this on LH F class, and only once.

Remarquably QR served as well on this flight one of the most expensive wine out there, a Château D'Yquem of exceptional quality. Never had that before on any airline.
