I'd log on and check the record of the reservation you are on and make sure that random flight is not on there. If it is, call UA and have them remove it. Definitely don't want to have the rest of your reservation canceled of you don't show up for this flight.

Otherwise, could be IT error (someone typo-ed your email into their res, just IT screwup, etc.). Or it could potentially be spam?
