What is the cheapest fully refundable destination out of DME?
Long story short I bought a trick it ticket to DME that I don't plan to use all the way. To avoid being denied boarding at my departure city I plan to buy a fully refundable fare ex DME and cancel it once I arrive at destination.

My researching tells me the Baltics with air Baltic is the cheapest at 300 euros O/W fully refundable. Anyone know of a cheaper destination?
