I have a 14 year old daughter travelling from Madrid to London.
It is an Iberia service booked via BA.com so has a BA flight number.
Iberia advised we have to arrange through BA.
BA advised we have to arrange through Iberia.
Neither airline is willing to solve my problem.

Does anyone know how I can get this fixed?
