For me: Amex will usually try to next day ship it. Chase has never done that though, usually gives me the 3-5 days. I also called in once and said I lost it, and they told me it was being held at a bar... wish they would've called me and told me that instead of me calling them! But yes, the bar indeed had it.
What bar? How? Do you work there?
