One possible issue is the coding on the passagner - in the pmUA days a BP5A, a disserviced / denied boarding would trump status on the standby list -- as would other special cases. Don't know today's policy or if this is even relevant to your situation, but this was part of the prioritization in the past. (This exception is never mentioned in the online rules.)
