The death spiral confirmed at MFE!

As stated in a previous post my home airport has had a death spiral of UA RJs when they used to be all mainline. AA used to have 3 flights a day and G4 only had flights to LAS.....Today the pax count doesn't lie when AA now has 5 mainline flights a day, G4 flies to 3 destinations and an international carrier.

According to the article: "At the McAllen airport, United Airlines saw a decrease in the number of passengers while American Airlines and Allegiant both reported serving more customers out of the airport in May than they have in that month for the past five years."

all the while "McAllen-Miller International Airport is busier than it has been for the last five years, according to a report released by the city."

In the past I made my observations, but now I have proof. Keep up the good work UA
