I'm helping an elderly couple with their UK travel plans.

Looks like the trains from Paddington arrive on Platform 1, depart from Platform 2 for the return to London and there's an overbridge to get from one platform to another.

I'm assuming platform 1 is the main station entrance as well. So ... is there an elevator to avoid climbing the steps to the overbridge? There's a "customer lift" in this pic, but it's not clear (to me) if avoids the up/down steps to the overbridge.
