Compensation for canceled SFO AUS flight?
Hello flyers,
My wife and kids were booked on the recently canceled SFO-AUS flight and rebooked through Long Beach with a 6 hour layover. They gave us a $50 service credit for the "inconvenience" but that hardly makes up it. I now have to pick them up and 1AM from the Austin airport and my poor wife will be stranded at the rinky-dink Long Beach airport with 2 toddlers for 6 hours.
If I complain enough, would it be too much to ask for a free flight coupon, or some other form of compensation?
