Back in May, I flew back from Bkk via HK to JFK on a one-way - literally last minute -at ticket. In HK, I was asked to report to any CX counter to verify my ticket/passport/GE particulars.

When I landed home, from the time the doors opened to the time I was at curbside waiting for my car....24 minutes! You shouldn't have any problems.
