Above 11, Oskars, & Bed aren't too far, (maybe 3-400m) but if you're heading to Zaks, Cheap Charlies or Limoncello it's not at all close. You're dodging cars and bikes the whole way. When you get a short stretch of sidewalk it's broken and you have to squeeze around power poles and low hanging wires. Ain't all that far but it's a pain in the butt.
The hotel tuk tuk guy will take you up soi 11 if you ask him. Overall, though, no argument that there isn't much on soi 13, though I am partial to a pint of Kilkenny at The Sportsman Pub.
