Why not sit down and write a letter and post it you would not be bothered then ... Would you......
Next or even try emailing the company itself ...
Sad sad sad !
That's amusing. It really doesn't matter how hard you've worked, a negative experience is a negative experience. I've not written a negative review of a hotel I've stayed at yet but heaven forbid if I find roaches in my room believe me YOU WILL HEAR ABOUT IT. If asking for a clean room is small minded then believe me I will avoid whatever premises you work for and encourage everyone I know or do not know to do so and I hope with every fiber of my being that the subsequent loss of business with encourage improved service in the future. I agree, some people ask too much or are silly with demands but there are plenty of legitimate gripes out there.
You're hardly the only one working hard to make ends meet, I would say a lot of the folks on FT fly around living in the hotels trying to make ends meet as well and it's not a lot to ask for a neat and tidy (or clean) place to sleep. I'd like to think the FT community is made up of the more courteous, sensible and informed travellers but it's not unreasonable for us to get what we paid for.
Regards.
