I tried OSL - SIN, BKK - OSL, and does work.
The base (before taxes + surcharges, per person) half-return-based one-way fares are (£1 = 10.6 NOK):
OSL - BKK 3220 NOK
OSL - SIN 3637.50 NOK
OSL - HKT 3970 NOK
OSL - KUL 4237.50 NOK
OSL - DPS 5000 NOK
OSL - CMB 5332 NOK
YQ is a flat 2820 NOK return
Unfortunately for me CGK is not on the list.
It seems that while open-jaw is ok, I can't do a stopover.
