I usually catch the R13 hotel tuk tuk when going to Suk so no problem there....soi 11 is just around the corner(!) walking, if you take a left out of the hotel and walk away from Suk. Walk about a block, turn left again, walk another block - voila. Soi 11, less than five mins walking.
Above 11, Oskars, & Bed aren't too far, (maybe 3-400m) but if you're heading to Zaks, Cheap Charlies or Limoncello it's not at all close. You're dodging cars and bikes the whole way. When you get a short stretch of sidewalk it's broken and you have to squeeze around power poles and low hanging wires. Ain't all that far but it's a pain in the butt.
