Very Disappointed

You have to walk 20 minutes to get to the lounge. Ask every LHR rep you meet because there are no signs. Ask for a shower and told 3 hour layover isn,t enough time. Best to go to the United Lounge downstairs. I chose not to because I wanted to look around. That took 10 seconds. There is nothing here. Little 16 inch tables to share between two chairs. This is basicly a hallway with some biestro sets here and there. What a disappointment. Anyone wanting a shower will be best suited at the United Lounge because they have more than 2 to begin with and their's are working.

I just went to get a bite at 11:15 local and I had a choice between cold bran flakes, scrambled egg product with potato, saussage, and beans, or really gluey looking porrage. I considered and after some time picked a gin and tonic. At least something is as advertised.
