Am trying to do the impossible and find 4 biz seats on ANA CGK - NRT - any US airport they fly to. Trip is for June or July 2015 (we are flexible).

Questions:
Which US routes have the completely flat bed seats?
What's the difference between 77W and 787?
Is ANA planning to update their planes between now till June 2015?
All my miles are SQ miles....am I even at a lower priority for ANA award seats?
