...and/or how they have made extra redemption seats available (in non-Premium cabins) for Gold Card holders who only want to fly in J and F, how they charge a higher premium for Priority Rewards than the premium they pay GCH for earning them; or how they continue to erode the benefits of Gold vs Silver membership.
