Mrs PtF and I flew F QR001 DOH-LHR (same flight as yours, I believe) on 25 June 2014.

If I wasn't having a 'blond moment' today I upload a .pdf copy of the menu; however the menu may be summarised as follows:

Palate Pleasers

Carrot kibbeh
Chicken liver and foie gras parfait

Appetisers

Oscietra caviar
Signature Arabic mezze
Lobster and mango salad
Hot Arabic mezze
Chicken and lentil soup
Roasted red pepper soup
Beetroot tarte tatin with sweet and salty walnuts

Mains

New potato and asparagus tartlet
Chicken machboos with rice
Chili and lime crusted hammour
Lamb loin with rosemary jus

Desserts

Seasonal fresh fruits
Rose scented macaroon with raspberries and lychees
Chocolate tart with vanilla mascarpone
Gourmet ice cream
Cheese selection

Canapes

A sweet and savoury assortment

The caviar comes in a screw-top jar, labelled Gourmet House, Oscietra Caviar, Specially Packed For Qatar Airways. There is no indication of quantity on the jar, however - in the interests of going the extra mile for fellow-FTers - I took the empty jar with me from the flight: it has a capacity of 40ml.
