Called on two USAirways cards with the 10k anniversary bonus -

On my wife's, first anniversary, minimal spend - front line rep transferred me to another person who did not identify himself as a supervisor -

Full fee waiver plus 1 mile extra on gas, grocery, and utilities up to 8000 miles, within 3 months

On my card, second anniversary with fee waived last year - front line rep told me no offers, supervisor confirmed it. Will call again next week and cancel if there's no waiver. (When I called back, rep tried very hard to get a waiver, but since I hadn't put any charges on the card all year, there was nothing he could do. Fair enough.)
