OP here. Based on the posts so far, it sounds as if the 24% CPU rate is not unusual. I was thinking it might be a bit of an outlier.
My upgrade percentage out of DEN is about 35% and that includes a lot of M and B fares and using 10 RPUs.
If I subtract all of that out, my CPU upgrade % is around 20%.
