I really loved Kaua'i the last time I visited, so I'm looking forward to revisiting a few places there again. Never been to the Big Island, definitely planning a day at VNP at the very least.
Check out the Kauai restaurants thread too. There are several excellent ones on the south side that weren't there the last time you were on the island.
