We have three nights in Vegas in August. We do not gamble, but have a very good hotel and shows booked and want to enjoy fantastic dining. However, there are just so many choices, so I need your help!

What would you consider the top dining experience? The food needs to be good, of course, but on top of this we are looking for fantastic atmosphere or something very special - an "it-factor" - that you would not find anywhere else, or at least not often. Could be a place where you sit in the middle of the action, seeing the food being prepared, could be a new twist to cooking (thinking El Bulli, but different), could be the newest fusion restaurant with combinations that I have not experienced before, could be a different kind of interiour with wow factor or something else. If I knew what I was looking for exactly, I would not ask. Wether it is an extraordinary breakfast place, a creative lunch option, tea that is unforgettable or an evening to remember does not really matter. Just give me your ideas of the most special place to eat! Since we are talking a real experience here, there is not really a budget, but it does not mean that it has to be ultra expensive or fine dining, just something special. In terms of food, we are open to anything really.
