I usually catch the R13 hotel tuk tuk when going to Suk so no problem there....soi 11 is just around the corner(!) walking, if you take a left out of the hotel and walk away from Suk. Walk about a block, turn left again, walk another block - voila. Soi 11, less than five mins walking.
