I am a Gold Elite member and booked an Executive Suite for 5 nights at the Ritz Carlton in St. Thomas for September (been booked for months). I've just come to find out that renovations will be occurring during my stay an no suites will be available. Does the ultimate reservation guarantee apply? What type of compensation should I be willing to accept? So far I've been offered a stay at the Marriott Frenchman's Reef in a similar room or an ocean view room at the Ritz. What would you be willing to accept?
