I think the best fee is the $35 one to book award travel, when there is no option other than calling such as booking on many one world airlines.

Let that soak in for a second-----a company and industry that allows for a company to charge you $35 for a 5 minute phone conversation that you have to make.........

Big reason why I think its funny when people complain about people finding loop holes to abuse the system with all the different mileage "scams" out there. I say, if you can steal from the airlines, more power to you. If we could charge our customers $35 to purchase thru us over the phone while giving them no other options and get the people to pay it, I'd be flying private 100% of my trips, including my Asia long hauls......actually, even if we could, we wouldn't, probably because our executive board as a conscience......
