I don't know if it was damaged before I received it, or damaged during setup. Amazon's website says they will send me a replacement (though I may have to pay to ship the damaged TV to them).
My question, should I make a claim through AmEx, or should I return it to Amazon?
Have you called Amazon yet? If they ship you a defective TV, usually they will pay for you to ship it back.
