Bought a Sony flat screen TV on Amazon. It arrived today and when I set it up, I see that the top left corner of the screen is broken. It has a black spot, and lines are shooting across the screen from that location.

I don't know if it was damaged before I received it, or damaged during setup. Amazon's website says they will send me a replacement (though I may have to pay to ship the damaged TV to them).

My question, should I make a claim through AmEx, or should I return it to Amazon?
