I got your point ! Since the promotion is actually the same; Accor should treat the same on both rates. If the non-Adv Plus member could book it using points, why the members of Adv Plus couldn't book it using points for the similar promotions ? Sometimes the arguments provided are not reasonable.
Once I had a problem with Novotel Phuket. Non member Adv Plus even showing the lower rate than the Adv Plus members rate. The early breaks rate was shown when I didn't login using my Adv Plus account; however there was no either member early breaks rate nor early breaks rate showing. I asked to Adv Plus and they answered that the members rate are sold on limited basis so the members early breaks rate on the specific date have been sold out. However, it's not answering why there's still early breaks rate if I didn't login to Adv Plus account. However, I'm still pleased with the Advantage Plus program since I always redeem on the properties that were tagged 150-200 USD/night
