So is the rule on international is 4 hts, 5 hrs, 12 hrs, same day?

I agree w/ JDIVER except the situation is one where checking in the night before (even if after midnight) solves many logistical issues even if there is a baggage delay.

Why is it with all the info on the web, its so hard to find an authoritative rule?
