EDIT: Thanks to google I was able to find out what IKK is.
IKK does not suit my needs, since it is an aeroplan redemption and J seats are not available last minute in many cases, even if a J seat is available, I will most likely make a change to my travel plans, and the J seat may not be available for the new flight I want to take. In short, I want unrestricted flexibility.
When I say my travel is last minute - I mean it's about as last minute as it can get. There have been times when I decided at 2pm that I'm going to take a 3pm flight to make my way to YHZ, YYT, YCG, YVR or YXY. I'll be on the phone having my flight booked while I'm in the car on my way to the airport. Once I'm wherever I ended up going to, I may decide to extend or cut short my stay - again usually last minute, so I'll be on the phone making my change as I am driving to the airport.
I don't believe AP redemption offer this level of flexibility for a confirmed J seat. If my belief is incorrect, please let me know.
SE and AC MM does not know what is IKK? LOL. @:-)
