In theory it is allowed and possible. As wazow mentioned, the M&M number has been known to create havoc. In theory the agents can register status and credit miles separately using the FQTS and FQTV fields, but experience tells me that SAS agents cannot manage it. I have had much better luck in Germany, as the lounge agents have usually managed it. My advice is to not put in a M&M number unless you can do it in the lounges in Germany.
