Hi, I have a first class trip coming up on Delta on a 767-300. According to the seat map, it looks like a 767-300 (76P/76Q).
I'm in seat 4B (aisle). My question is...on this aircraft...will 4A (window) be able to get around me each time he gets up, or will I need to un-recline to let him by each time? I can't quite tell how much room will be in front of me.

It looks like you already moved to the middle section so you won't have an issue with the window passenger needing to make it out to the aisle.
Per your question, however, IIRC the seats are pretty close and the key question is whether 3B is reclined or not. Your seat position won't help on this scenario. If 3B is reclined, you would have to step out to the aisle or swing your legs out to allow your fellow passenger on 4A easier access to the aisle.
