I have had problems with the Jr when using the customs kiosks when re-entering the US. I always get the black X across the picture which means I have to go see an agent. My most recent return last month through IAH, the agent told me I would always get the X as a result of Jr; thus, I will always have to go see an agent. For whatever reason though, nobody has let me completely bypass the kiosk to go straight to the agent, even after explaining the situation, and knowing I will have to go to the desk anyway.

Anyone else experience this?
