There is no Flex option.

Other difference is that it allows up to two users.

Ordinary flight passes cost more per credit, but have more destination options and Flex fares.

Using YYZ-HNL as an example, it works out to about $3,000 per roundtrip in J. I can find "F" for around $1,800 roundtrip with an American airline. So it does not appear to be such a good deal.
