As SQueeze mentioned, there is a min 1K local spending spend for that.

But overall the card is not too bad for forex spending under 2k. Only thing is that the bonus UNI$ takes a while to post.

And min 1k petrol and paywave

The minimums above are separate for each type before the bonus kicks in.

Not that convenient I find. Last month, I fell short. Prefer those cards that have not so many rules.
