What Avis location (in what country) was this?

I had something like that happen (except for a way way smaller amount) at Avis BUD (Hungary). They showed it as "miscellaneous" or something else ridiculous like that. I've never had it happen at USA locaitons where I had damage. I wonder if this is a difference between Avis in some parts of the world and Avis in other parts of the world?

(My data points are far from exchaustive, since I've only had billed damage with Avis in the USA and in Hungary, but nowhere else.)
