As many have said here, and as I told you personally at the 787 event, visibility & transparency will go a long way. We all understand the need for airlines to be competitive & economically viable ... but if we had better visibility into the rules, and the status of things like upgrade waitlists ... I'm convinced that simple things like that (which should not cost you any dollars to implement) will go a long way to earn you good will from your most frequent customers.
