Actually these changes are not necessarily bad.
But yes, coming from AC, some transparency would be a big improvement in relation to a corporate culture that we as customers mostly perceive as antagonistic. Possible mainly at intermediate levels within the organization. Likely inherited from the past and hard to change to the extent that the top has to rely on the folks below.
Another positive change (not so much for customers as for AC themselves) would be to see an IT pro in charge of IT, instead of a jack of all trades.
