The fee hit this statement period for my US Air. 10k pts already deposited in my account. Normally I would just cancel and not worry about it but because of some credit line maneuvering I now have a $40k CL on this card and don't want to just give that up. Ultimately I see myself just paying the fee but any other options to consider? I like what others said about potentially just downgrading it to a no fee card to just keep my CL with Barclays to move money around for any future churning.
Thanks in advance!

In all seriousness, I'd push hard to have them waive the fee and if they stonewall you, then drop to a no fee version.
Like many on here paying an annual fee goes against my inner fiber, but I am leaning towards paying the fee for my latest US Air card. I value 10K miles at $150 so still coming out ahead since that covers the $89 AF. Also of some note is US Air pulled the plug the this recurring annual 10K bonus offer for new apps, so this particular offer can no longer be churned. Should they change the rules for existing card members, then I will surely canx that card unless something of equal or greater value is put in place.
